Each capsule of Modifilan contains:
500mg of pure Laminaria japonica extract.

Other ingredients: Gelatin (capsules).

Modifilan is best taken on an empty stomach with plenty of water. One full, 8 ounce glass of water is recommended per 3 capsules of Modifilan.

For general health and prophylactic purposes take 3 capsules daily.
